With over 8 years of teaching experience, I’ve had the pleasure of working in diverse educational settings, including language camps in Russia, where I taught and interacted with students of various backgrounds. I enjoy working with kids and supporting them through their learning journey. In addition to teaching, I have experience as a governess, which has enriched my approach to educational guidance and personalized support.
I believe in using a variety of teaching methods to make learning engaging and effective. My lessons incorporate theoretical explanations, brainstorming, games, quests, speaking clubs, readings, discussions, role-plays, film analysis, and project development. This variety allows me to create a polite yet dynamic atmosphere where students feel encouraged to participate and progress with each new concept. I assess each student's growth carefully, ensuring that they can see and celebrate their progress and feel proud.
I also participated in the EduACTion Project, focused on Sustainable Development Goal No. 4—Quality Education. Through this project, I taught English and promoted cultural exchange among students aged 3 to 18. The goal was to help students feel confident speaking English, becoming open-minded, and respectful toward other cultures.
I consider fluency in English and Spanish essential for unlocking valuable opportunities around the world. In my classes, I aim to help students develop this essential skill set while cultivating a genuine appreciation for language and cultural diversity. I am passionate about guiding each student on their path to becoming global citizens, confident communicators, and lifelong learners who embrace growth.
